Quitting Caffeine Cold Turkey — My Experience

  • Ginger and Lemon — if you use fresh ginger root, slice it thinly and steep the ginger in a thermos flask for 15–20 minutes to extract the most from the root.
  • Rooibos — add a dash of milk and you have a tea which tastes just like a cuppa.
  • Chamomile — the perfect relaxation drink for the evening.
